AGENT presents its tool to improve the european air traffic management.

On December 19th, Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona (UAB), in collaboration with its spin-off Aslogic, held a workshop with the results of the AGENT project at the new CIAR facilities in Lugo.
The CIAR or Rozas Airport Research Centre is a member of the Instituto Nacional de TĂ©cnica Aeroespacial (National Institute of Aerospace Technology). It is an Aircraft Testing and Certification Centre for the development and evaluation of the campaigns to be carried out with them, in order to ensure efficient and safe flights.
This event gathered around thirty attendees from the aeronautical environment, in addition to the project partners TUBS and the University of Cranfield we can find researchers from the Technological Institute of Galicia, or specialised companies like Everis, Babcock o IDOM.
The workshop achieved a double objective based on the project results: on the one hand, the meeting layed the groundwork for future strategic alliances, and on the other hand, a new consortium was formed that will present a new proposal in Horizon 2020 programme (Agent funfing programme).
